These terms apply to the use of the website oe-study.com and to the services of Ö Study Agency (“Ö Study”, “we”). By booking a consultation, creating an account or accepting an offer, you accept these terms.

Ö Study provides information, guidance and organisational support for students who wish to study in Austria, for example choosing a programme, preparing documents and following the application process.

We are not a university, an embassy or an authority, and we are not linked to any of them. We do not guarantee admission to any university, the issuing of a visa or residence permit, or any other decision of an authority or institution. We do not provide legal advice.

The initial 30-minute consultation is free and non-binding. You can reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email. Please tell us in good time if you cannot attend.

Prices are given in a personalised written offer after the consultation. The contract is formed when you accept the offer in writing (an email or message is enough). The offer states the price, the currency, what is included, the payment schedule and the cancellation and refund rules, and these apply to that service.

Fees charged by third parties, such as universities, embassies, visa or residence-permit fees, translation, legalisation of documents, courier, tests and language courses, are not included unless the offer says so. You pay them directly, and the organisation that receives them decides whether they can be refunded.

You must give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. We never prepare, alter or submit false or forged documents, and we may stop our service immediately if we find that information or documents are false. You are responsible for meeting deadlines and for keeping your login details secret.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but rules, fees and deadlines change. Always confirm important details with the university or the authority concerned before you decide or pay.

We carry out our services with due care. We are not responsible for decisions of universities or authorities, for delays outside our control, for changes in rules or fees, or for loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information that you gave us. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded under Algerian law.

The texts, articles, images and design of this website belong to Ö Study Agency or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. We first try to settle any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent Algerian courts decide. Algerian consumer-protection rules that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not affect an offer you have already accepted.
